New to Golf

($1500 - 30 Days) 12 Advanced Private Coaching Sessions, Home program and nutrition plan. Develop Mobility and Endurance get on track and ready to play.
- Are all spikes the same? Does it even matter? Find out.
- Learn how to book tee times and how long to stay at the range.
- Know how long will it take to play and where are good places for beginners to practice.

New to Basketball

($1100 - 30 Days) 10 Private on the court workouts. Raising your bar for skill and fitness.
- Run drills and skills along with a complete bodyweight workout, focused on a body that can start, stop, jump and land. Safely.
- What shoes do you need? What workouts should I do when it's raining? How much water should you drinkif its only 70 degrees out? What parts of the body really need to foam roll after playing? Trail Run / Hikers Prep

($500 - 4 Weeks) 4 private trail runs / hikes (in the city) get you active, connected and feeling great.

My Mission

In the late 1990's after earning my degree in Exercise Sport Science, I moved to NYC and became a trainer and coach.As much as I wanted everyone to win or crush that workout, I wanted them enjoy the athletic or training experience more. So my practices were not always the toughest, or about perfecting skills and winning games.I wanted them to want to be active or practice on their own. It was clear early on, no matter how well someone did that game, workout or season - for those who stuck with athletics and living an active lifestyle - the impact would go far beyond the games won or lost.Training clients for 20+ years, by using some of the best and safest parts of sport, we were not only to get great results, but they also were able to experience different forms of exercise. From basketball, to Yoga, Pilates or Olympic lifts - I wanted to use what was best for the job, not what was most obvious.COVID has motivated a lot of people to take care of their health in a different way. Being connected in person, being outside, and not adding to real stress are priorities.Practice Fitness is more than a company, it is a movement to support and engage with others in the businesses, schools, nature preserves, and others in the fitness and wellness community looking to expand access to sport, nutrition, mental health and fortitude.
